Suspicious about that phone call?

Wconcerned-customere have been made aware that electricity customers around the province are receiving confusing phone calls regarding late payments and threats of disconnections if they do not immediately pay by PayPal.

At ENMAX, we do not receive any bill payments via PayPal.  Here’s more information on ENMAX payment options. 

If you are at all suspicious or have concerns, don’t give out any personal information. To report suspicious activity contact the Utilities Consumer Advocate
